Invaluable Ways To Relieve Stress
Live in the solution not the problem: I had this sticky note on my computer for months. It was my daily affirmation while I was going through a really difficult time in my life. If you ignore a problem it probably won’t go away, and may even get worse, although it seems easier to ignore it. Focusing on the solution gave me renewed energy as I made a resolve to find a solution.
